(More customer reviews)Do not buy this charger. The first one I got broke after one use. It took 3 calls to customer service to get a new one, which took almost 6 weeks to get to me, plus I had to pay for shipping to get the defective one back to them. The second one broke immediately as well. They will NOT offer a refund, only a third product of the same model. They even said "this is our most economical model, so you get what you pay for." Of course, I have to pay to ship the second defective one back as well. So after shipping of three items, I have more than paid for the cost of the item. I am not even shipping this one back - I am just going to eat the cost and buy from another company. To make matters worse, the average "hold time" for their 800 number is about 15 minutes. Then you get very unpleasant CSRs in New Jersey on the line with no compassion whatsoever.
