(More customer reviews)This charger is working great for cell phone batteries. It's may be a better design than what's pictured for accomodating multiple types of battery, but the difference holds me back from awarding 5 stars.
There are not much in the way of instructions. I had to guess how to make my cell phone batteries fit, and have only experience using it to show that polarity is adjusted by the device when the battery is placed for charging.
