This line holds the charge longer in storage and the recharger is designed for the higher charging. It is a good package deal.
Beware of cheaper rechargables. Check the mAh (millieAmp per hour) rating. The higher the better for digital cameras and equipment. It always helps to have a extra set of batteries thus this 4 pack is excellent.
