(More customer reviews)Purchased this from Global Accessories for under $10.00 (including shipping!) I received it in 3 days!! Used it to replace a failed AC adapter for my son's CQ50. It's not OEM (i.e. it's not made by hp), but it works great!!! Does not appear to overheat or cause the PC battery to heat up at all. The power cord (that runs from the outlet to the converter unit) is really short, but the orignal hp cord worked with it. If you have a Presario QC50 and your AC adapter takes a dive, this unit is the one you want!
