(More customer reviews)I boughtt this item from Tiger Direct. It arrived earlier than it was supposed to and in excellent condition. Sad to say, it stopped working just as fast. It arrived in the morning, I charged four of the six AAA cells that came with it. The four red Leds came on indicating that it was charging. After about five hours, three of the Leds changed to green, indicating that they were fully charged. One remained red. I removed it from the wall outlet, took out all four cells and decided to charge four of the AA cells. within five minutes I observed the four LEDS flashing, indicating that they could not be charged. I removed it from the outlet and inserted the other two AAA cells. After about five minutes, the LEDS started flashing again, indicating that they could not be charged. The batteries charge perfectly with a new charger which I bought. Maybe I got a defective product. I do not know, but you be the judge. If you want to charge four AAA cells for one use, than go ahead and buy this product. However, if you plan to charge them more than once, than buy another chagrer. I found that out the hard way. I had to buy another chagrer. After all, I am stuck with the batteries.
