(More customer reviews)The charger arrived on time as promised, but it is a bad charger. The charger does not put out the required 18 v to charge a HP laptop. There was no packing slip included or return address to return the faulty product. I would appreciate it if the company would contact me with information as to how to return the faulty product for a good, working product.
