(More customer reviews)I had purchased many Gomadic products before so I had no reason to think this particular product would turn out to be a dud. I put the batteries as per included instructions. I connected this to my Creative Xmod. It worked fine for the 1st time. Then, every time I connected the Gomadic to the Xmod it did NOT work. Gomadic was going to make this right however, Amazon.com had already begun the refund process. I believe this was one dud in a million. Gomadic products have always worked very well for me in the passed.
