(More customer reviews)I used this on my last airplane trip since the Pre battery life leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, it is unable to actually charge the battery. I found it marginally useful insofar as if I kept this plugged in and on, I could slow the battery drain while using the Pre to a manageable amount for the trip. A battery charger that has insufficient power to charge a battery is a FAIL in my book.
