I've used their products for years and have always been happy with them. This is the best one yet. It doesn't need to be plugged into a wall socket, so it can sit on your desk or wherever, making it much more convenient to use. The two hour charge time applies to charging two 2000 milliamp hour batteries [four are included]. It takes about three hours to charge four, and up to four hours to charge four 2700 milliamp hour batteries, which is still more than twice as fast as most good chargers in this price range. It charges AAA's in about the same amount of time. It includes both a standard 120 volt plug and a 12 volt cigar lighter plug for your car so you can charge batteries on trips. Nice!
