(More customer reviews)It's not a bad dock. I wish they would have squared the bottom so you didn't have to fold out the dock and back support to keep it upright.
The dock adapters fit, in my opinion, too securely. If your iPod doesn't fit in the one you've inserted, it takes a bit more effort than it should to get it out. But the dock adapters aren't really needed, because the iPod rests nicely in the impression.
The sound is clear and can get pretty loud, but the claim of deep bass, unless the unit requires a big burn-in time, is false. An iRhythms unit half the size of this one sounds much better in the same room, with the same iPod, playing the same music.
It's a good travel speaker, but not for those who like bass.
