(More customer reviews)So far the actual flash unit is working out great for me. It's a bit of a snug fit into my 550D's hot shoe, but everything works. The charger and batteries are holding up well so far, but then again it's only been a few days. I'll update if they lose all their juice or something, but I'm not expecting it.
The lens cleaning kit, however, is a pretty sad story. The brush hairs are all cheap synthetic fiber and fall out if you use it at all (not really something i want chilling around my sensor), and when I opened it the cardboard backing and everything inside was wet with the cleaning fluid (stored in a really poor plastic flip-cap bottle). I'm not going to make a big fuss about it because it wasn't a big part of why I purchased this, but be aware that it's super cheaply put-together and if you want a decent lens cleaning kit, don't get it bundled with something else.
The blower tool is usable, and so is the cloth and lens tissues.
The diffuser kind of annoyed me until I realized the reason it was so tight was due to me putting it on upside down. ^_^ Works really well now.
