(More customer reviews)I find this grip comfortable to my hands. I purchased it to help the wrist when shooting for hours on end with clothing models. The BAD thing about this grip is that it's the weakest part of your E-3/5 system because it's NOT made of an alloy like the body is, but made of a hard plastic. Therefore it has some flex to it when you mount it onto a tripod. For this reason, I would remove the grip and mount your plate directly to the camera. It can be annoying to have to do this if you switch back and forth a lot, but whatever. It works fine.
